THCL appoints new Business Growth Advisor
THCL is pleased to welcome Richard van Gaalen as our new Business Growth Adviser, further strengthening our commitment to supporting a thriving, resilient local economy.
Working in partnership with ‘The Regional Business Partner (RBP) Network’, RBP helps New Zealand businesses innovate and grow by providing early-stage support.
Richard, who lives in Horowhenua at Waitārere Beach, brings a highly practical, hands-on approach to business development. As a business owner his background spans the advertising industry, management, and advisory services. Having worked alongside a wide range of businesses and organisations across New Zealand, he understands the realities of operating in both growth and challenging environments.

In his role, Richard will work directly with businesses to identify strengths, address challenges, with supporting training and capability development.
