Who we are
Horowhenua Developments is a subsidiary of The Horowhenua Company Ltd (THCL) - Horowhenua’s Economic Development Agency, which in turn, is owned by the charitable Horowhenua NZ Trust.
HDL has been operating since 2020 and the development company focuses on catalysing investment in the area, filling gaps that local or Central Government can’t fill, and the private sector are not ready to fill.
HDL aims to generate profits and assets to enable the HNZ Trust to fulfil its mission.
